JJaraStreet

Terms of Service

Last updated 3 November 2026

JaraStreet is operated by Kovo Link Digital Solution Services, a business name registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria (BN 9540631), based in Lagos, Nigeria ("JaraStreet", "we", "us"). These terms apply to everyone who uses jarastreet.com: sellers who open a shop, and customers who buy from them.

1. What JaraStreet is

JaraStreet gives sellers an online shop page where customers can see products, prices and stock, and place orders, usually on WhatsApp. JaraStreet is a software platform. We are not the seller of the goods listed on shops, we don't hold stock, and we don't deliver orders. Each shop is run by its own seller, who is responsible for what they sell.

2. Your account

3. What sellers agree to

4. Plans and fees

5. Payments between customers and sellers

Customers pay sellers directly, either on WhatsApp (by whatever method the seller accepts) or, where the seller has switched it on, by card or bank transfer on the shop. Online payments on shops are processed by Bachs into the seller's own Bachs account; JaraStreet does not receive or hold that money. Sellers who take payments this way also agree to Bachs's terms, complete Bachs's identity checks, and pay Bachs's processing fees. Refunds and disputes are covered in our Refunds & disputes page.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, names and descriptions you upload. You allow us to show them on your shop, on JaraStreet (for example in featured shops) and in images you share, such as Status images. You confirm you have the right to use what you upload.

7. Our rights

We may remove products, hide a shop or close an account that breaks these terms, puts customers at risk, or receives serious complaints. Where we can, we'll tell you why. We may also change features, prices (with notice before your next payment) and these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.

8. Limits of our responsibility

We work hard to keep JaraStreet running, but it is provided as it is, and it may sometimes be unavailable. We are not responsible for the goods sellers sell, for disagreements between sellers and customers, or for losses that arise from them, as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Nigerian law that can't be excluded.

9. Contact

Questions or complaints: support@jarastreet.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
