Refunds & disputes
Every shop on JaraStreet is run by its own seller. JaraStreet (operated by Kovo Link Digital Solution Services) provides the shop software; the seller is the one you buy from.
Buying from a shop
- Returns and refunds are handled by the seller. Many shops list their exchange or refund rules under “Good to know” on their shop page. Message the seller on WhatsApp with your order code (for example #A7K2P).
- If you paid on WhatsApp (by transfer or another method the seller accepts), the seller refunds you directly.
- If you paid on the shop by card or bank transfer, the payment went to the seller's own account with our payment partner, Bachs. The seller can refund you from there. Refunds to cards and banks can take a few working days to arrive.
- Chargebacks: if you dispute a card payment with your bank, the dispute is raised against the seller who received the payment.
If you can't resolve it with the seller
Tell us. We can't refund money we never received, but we look into every report, ask the seller to respond, and remove products or shops that mislead customers or don't deliver. Report a shop or email support@jarastreet.com.
Sellers: what we expect
- Say clearly on your shop how returns, exchanges and refunds work.
- Refund customers who paid for something you can't deliver, or that wasn't as described.
- Respond to disputes in good time. Lost disputes and refunds come out of your own balance.
